How do I organise the return of an item?
Simply let us know that you wish to return an item within 90 days of purchase and then return the item to our Sussex Warehouse. We will then process your refund within 14 days of arrival with us.
I have to pay for my return?
Yes, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us. This will be deducted from your refund at the price charged for delivery on your order.
Can I drop off my return at your warehouse?
Yes you can! Our Mid-Sussex based warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) where you can return your order to us.
How long will my refund take?
We guarantee a refund within 14 days of receipt but this normally happens with in a matter of days.
What happens if I want to return an item after 90 days.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after 90 days.
Can I return an item bought in the Sale?
Yes you can, our normal returns policy applies to all sale items.
Can I return unwanted rolls of wallpaper?
Yes you can as long as the returned rolls are unopened and in their original condition.
